For intimate gatherings, milestone anniversaries, or exclusive corporate lunches, L’Ambroisie opens its private chambers. Host a customized, fully choreographed banquet of 8 to 14 guests under classical 17th-century ceilings, curated personally by our executive kitchen squad.

L’Ambroisie requires formal dining attire in all dining chambers. Gentlemen are respectfully requested to wear a jacket. Sportswear, training shoes, t-shirts, sandals, and shorts are strictly prohibited in the Grand Salon.
We accept table requests up to 60 days in advance of the calendar date. For large group bookings or exclusive private salon reservations (8 to 14 guests), kindly contact our Maître D’ directly through the host desk telephone line.
Yes. Roisie provides complimentary, highly secure valet parking directly at 9 Place des Vosges. Our valet hosts are available throughout our active operating hours, ensuring quick and safe transition of vehicles.
