Table Reservation & Protocols
Reservations can be made exclusively online via our website's booking page or by calling our reservations team directly at +33 (0)1 42 78 51 45. Due to our intimate salon capacity, we highly recommend booking at least thirty (30) days in advance to secure your desired dining slot.
We maintain a strict seventy-two (72) hour cancellation and modification policy. Since every table is curated specifically for its guests, cancellations or reductions in party size within 72 hours of the reservation will incur a fee of €150 per guest.
Yes, Roisie observes an elegant, formal dress code. Gentlemen are required to wear a dinner jacket or blazer. We politely request that guests avoid wearing t-shirts, athletic wear, casual shorts, sneakers, or sandals within our main dining salons.
To maintain our bespoke dining standard, we operate strictly by reservation only. Walk-ins can occasionally be accommodated at the salon bar for light refreshments, subject to immediate availability, though table dining is rarely possible without prior bookings.
Our standard main dining salons accommodate tables for parties of up to six (6) guests. For larger groups of seven or more, we kindly request you to contact our private dining concierge to arrange a dedicated salon reservation.
Yes, complimentary and highly secure valet parking is provided directly in front of the restaurant entrance at 9 Place des Vosges for all lunch and dinner reservation holders. Our professional valets remain on-duty until the last guest departs.

Yes, Roisie offers full buyout options and private salon rentals for intimate weddings, milestones, and high-profile corporate galas. Our historical venue accommodates up to 80 seated guests or 120 guests for a standing cocktail reception.
For private salon bookings, custom floral designs and elegant tablescapes can be arranged through our preferred luxury partners. In our main dining salons, we keep external decorations minimalist to preserve the historical 17th-century aesthetic of Place des Vosges.
Yes. For private events and off-site wedding catering, our Executive Chef will collaborate directly with you to design a personalized multi-course tasting menu, perfectly paired with prestigious selections from our Head Sommelier's cellar.
Our historic private salons do not carry a direct room rental fee; instead, they operate on a food and beverage minimum spend, which varies depending on the season, day of the week, and afternoon versus evening sessions.
Our world-class pastry team is delighted to design a bespoke luxury celebration cake customized to your flavors and design preferences. Should you prefer to bring an external cake from a certified patisserie, a cake service fee of €15 per guest will apply.

Payment, Hours & Dining Policies
Roisie is open for lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM (kitchen closes at 2:00 PM), and for dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM (kitchen closes at 9:30 PM), Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We accept all major international credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. We also support contactless smartphone payments and secure bank wire transfers for private event deposits. Personal checks are not accepted.
To ensure our Michelin-starred dishes are experienced at their absolute peak temperature, texture, and aesthetic presentation, we do not offer standard home delivery. However, curated seasonal gourmet boxes (such as our Black Truffle & Caviar packages) are available for pre-ordered takeaway on special occasions.
Yes. Elegantly boxed physical gift cards and instantaneous digital certificates can be purchased directly from our website or at the restaurant desk. Gift cards can be pre-loaded with specific monetary amounts or curated multi-course degustation experiences.
In accordance with French regulations, a 15% service charge is included in all menu prices. Additional gratuity is entirely at your discretion and serves as a gracious gesture to our culinary and salon staff for exceptional, personalized service.
